Paleo Brownies

Ingredients:

  • cooking spray

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • sea salt for sprinkling

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a 8 by 8 in baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  3. Pour into a prepared pan and bake until a tooth pick comes out clean, 22 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and let cool slightly before serving.
