One popular diet is the paelo diet. So what is it about? This diet is based on the idea that if you eat like your ancestors, you will restore your body back to health, avoiding diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Here is a list of the foods you can eat and the ones you can't.
CAN EAT:
-lean meats
-fish
-fruits
-veggies
CAN NOT EAT:
-sugar
-grain
-legumes
-dairy
-processed foods
The paleo diet actually has some great benefits.
-less sodium intake
-more fiber
-do not have to count calories
